It starts with a short online evaluator that generates a detailed Personal Profile, revealing each person’s unique blend of the four colour energies – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue. This profile offers meaningful insights into communication styles, decision-making preferences, and how we show up at work and in life.
Each participant then takes part in a personal or group debrief session with one of our licensed Insights Discovery Practitioners, where we unpack the profile together. This supportive and engaging session helps participants recognise their strengths, appreciate differences, and explore opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Finally, we bring it all together in an interactive Insights workshop, where individuals and teams learn how to apply these insights in everyday situations. Through practical tools, discussion, and real-life application, participants discover how to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and create more cohesive, high-performing teams.
Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness
The Team Effectiveness model uses this common language to explore the building blocks of successful teams. It helps groups identify where they are strongest and weakest, and where development will have the most impact.
