  1 Medium Apple 1 Banana
  Salad  
SNACK 2T Raisins 1 Low fat cheese wedge

DINNER 90g Grilled Hake 90g Meatballs
  1/2 cup mashed Potato 125ml Couscous
  1/2 cup Green Beans 1/2 cup Peas
  1/2 cup Carrots 1/2 Gem Squash
     
1 Fruit, a total of 125ml Low Fat Milk + 2tsp Sugar allowed in Tea/Coffee/Dessert during the day
Before workout:  25ml Aminoliq Liquid product
